Details
From a windows 2003 computer I copy an existing AD Account that has the Remote Access Permission (Dial-in or VPN) setting set to Allow access. After the account is created the new account also shows the setting as Allow access. The Terminal Services Home Folder is then modified on the new account and the OK button clicked. When the account properties are opened again on the new account the Dial-in access is now set to Deny Access.
