I need to address business logic to address deleting Monitors and Notifications when an account is deleted.  Also need to see how the Discussions behave when an account is deleted.  I think the user info is an Outer Join so they will come back as NULL.  But I don't think I have anything to handle the display of information when it is i null.  Might blow up at this point.

I also want to added edit/delete capabilities. I plan to only allow the option if the comment is the last in the chain.  I will also create a Help Icon for the Discussions, just need to find the best placement.
