Threat Rating:
Preferences fail to apply from a Group Policy.  This error was present in the GroupPolicy event logs on a windows 2008 server.  Error Code 2147942402 appears in the Details.  From search the internet this code appears to be related to a resource that can not be found such a an invalid path.
