I have 2 PCs; XP-Home & XP-Pro. Both are up to date with patches. XP-Pro failed on 1st try with 0x80246002. 2nd try after re-boot was successful. XP-Home failed twice with same error code. I can't get help on MS Support sites. They seem overloaded with activity since I get very slow responses. Any help available here?

Blue Screen Of Death after installation! After being on the phone for about several hours with Microsoft and had to reinstall windows after the BSOD.
