I have 2 PCs; XP-Home & XP-Pro. Both are up to date with patches. XP-Pro failed on 1st try with 0x80246002. 2nd try after re-boot was successful. XP-Home failed twice with same error code. I can't get help on MS Support sites. They seem overloaded with activity since I get very slow responses. Any help available here?
